Greetings!

I'm Walt. Retired Navy, active REALTOR and Investor, Real Estate Coach, Firearms Instructor, and Unarmed Self Defense Instructor. After retiring from the Navy (just over 21 years of fun and adventure) the family settled into the Lakes Region in Keystone Heights, FL. We're about 35-45 minutes outside of Gainesville and an hour or so outside of the Jacksonville Metro. Happy to be here!

I'm just over 1 hour West of Saint Augustine. :)
