Good question. I have received (canned) responses from Scott's office on the other links that I have re-posted, so I would say yes.

Yes, it does. IMO the FPC is the best tool for seeing all proposed legislation in one place and be able to respond. I signed up with them as I don't mind giving my money to outfits that actually accomplish something. It's a well spent $20.
