No CCW required when securely encased within your vehicle, BTW. You just can’t carry it on your person while driving.

no, once you become the aggressor stand your ground goes out he window, thug boi would have to keep coming after PTSD guy, once thuggy runs and you try and follow, you've had every chance to elude confrontation

Yep, that was got angel Trayvonn, Zim broke contact, and the angel circled back and attacked the Zim Zam. To the aggressor goes the punishment.

Totally agree with this.
If someone pulls a gun on you and you are able to disarm the thug, you will face felony aggravated assault charges if you whack the sumbitch upside the head with the weapon...even after they continue to assault you.
Or so I’ve heard from a friend.
