I have a CMMG Wasp, flat-top M4 style, AR upper with 2 Black Dog Machine magazines that has hardly been fired and just sits in the safe. Nothing wrong with it, its just been simpler to grab the 10/22 instead of swapping uppers. What is it worth if I want to sell it?

No sure if this is still available but if it is I can find you a buyer. My brother inlaw is to buy my nephew a 22LR on the AR platform and this might be good for him...
