Anyone in Georgia?

Anyone here now living in Georgia, or has lived there recently?

Wife is talking about moving from present location in Pinellas, and Georgia is high on the list. (Other areas are between Crystal River and Ocala, though outside of flood zones).

Looking for an idea of insurance cost (auto & home) differences, etc.

Thanks. I'm retired and have reviewed the pension exemption. But, yes, for anyone younger, got to watch the income tax in a lot of states. Some even tax Social Security.
