All judges and jurors are not created equal.
No CCW required when securely encased within your vehicle, BTW. You just can’t carry it on your person while driving.

Yep, that was got angel Trayvonn, Zim broke contact, and the angel circled back and attacked the Zim Zam. To the aggressor goes the punishment.

Totally agree with this.
If someone pulls a gun on you and you are able to disarm the thug, you will face felony aggravated assault charges if you whack the sumbitch upside the head with the weapon...even after they continue to assault you.
Or so I’ve heard from a friend.

While "L'il Whiggy" is in severe need of an ass whooping, the "victim" lost me at "When I confronted him..." If he didn't hit you or harm you, get over your ego and let it go. No matter how much you think it's your right to confront an asshole, you might just be the next Curtis Reeves.
