Melbourne show this weekend, Nov 17 & 18

Post by Gregg »

Another quiet show.
Was down there this morning.
Many of the regular vendors were missing, so there must be other shows in the area this weekend.
Attendance was lighter than normal.
Ammo prices continue to drop, example 500 round bricks of 22LR for less than $20.
There were also some good deals on handguns to be had, but no Black Friday like blowouts.
There were a four different privet sellers, selling used reloading tools and equipment, at very good prices.
Only bought some gun parts and some Dillion accessories.

Next Melbourne show is December 29 & 30.

I saw a good number of M1 Grands, M1 Carbines, SMLE's, 98K's, Mosin Nagants; a few 1903 Springfields, Japanese rifles, and Yugo Mausers.
Also saw a lot of P-38's and Lugers, a few Nambu's and 1911's.
Pricing for old military stuff was in the range of current market pricing to just plain nuts.

Many thanks Gregg.. now that sounds good for a look.. If I can draw from the well once more, is there a fair amount of walk in guns to that show????

Or is that a big No No over there, Seems like you need a county by county rule book any more...
