I also have one but I don't know if it was originally through CMP. I bought it from a fellow member of the Titusville Rifle and Pistol Club. It makes a nice stable mate to my Springfield 03-A3 and my M1 carbine.

I would think that selling your used home built gun to a resident of the same state IS legal. Selling it to someone across state lines would be illegal. When a firearm crosses a state line it has to go to an FFL and go through the BGC process with an ATF form 4473 and that cannot be done if there is...

No bumping of ad more frequently than once every 24 hrs. I think that is way too often. It isn't like we get 50 BST posts in a day. How about only once every 4 or 5 days? Ads are generally on the first page of BST for at least a week before they get buried. Used to be a week before, right? I believ...
