Re: Am I the only one?

I thought about changing mine.

I liked it at first, back in the day. Kinda seems odd being a 35 year old "Kid" now after all those years though...

Not sure I'd take someone else's handle though, although I could see that being fun....

Re: Parts Kits and Projects Picture Thread!

I was looking at your hk work, I have a 91 cloan and would like a 93 to go with it. How much trouble did you have in getting one together? I had some help with my MP5K. I didn't think I could get good enough penetration without adding a ton of metal with my welder, really need a TIG for these, and ...

Re: Parts Kits and Projects Picture Thread!

I would definitely love to get an AK parts kit but like you said, with the price of a kit + all the additional work, it'd be about the same if not a little cheaper to just buy a commbloc AK outright. Yeah the golden age of AK parts kits has passed. I think I paid $79 for my first one, original barr...

Re: Parts Kits and Projects Picture Thread!

Norinco, I wish I had your skill set. I really envy you guys who can get stuff up and running.👍👍 Thanks, BUT.... Looking at the welds and stuff, I'd say my skill set still needs a lot of honing  . Just amateur stuff, expensive but still cheaper than bar hopping and/or a moderate drug addicti...

Re: Sheriff Bob Gualtieri: Clearwater shooting fits 'Stand Your Ground'

Saw that on the news this morning. Bad shoot IMO , looks to me like the "pushing guy" was pretty much defused the moment he saw that gun. Could have been over right there... And just my $0.02, if you see people parking in handicap spots and it really bothers you that much, take a picture a...

I'd think the AR could be done with a hand drill and the appropriate selection of bits, dremel, etc.

An AK47....not so much.

Re: Ghost guns win .gov approval!!!

Is this any different than buying some sheet metal with holes on it and making AK receiver and then assemble a AK using parts kit? Home made AK is legal and has no serial number on it. You just can't sell it. It was my understanding that you can sell a gun you built for yourself , whether it be fro...
