Need a good Jacksonville area gunsmith

Does anyone know of a good Jacksonville area gunsmith that could cut off the painful, metal crescent style buttplate that digs a hole in my shoulder and replace it with a decent pad. This Henry lever action 44mag has beautiful wood that I don't want screw up, but my shooting style is not conductive to what it has.
