Somehow I found this thread again and noticed that per the above link, sometime between June and August of this year, the value of this property went from around $1.3 Million to less than $450.000. It's also no longer on the market.

Somebody may have lost their shirt over this.

It's a reasonable bet the buyer did some diligence and discovered some major issues, but I don't know how Zillow would know about that.

For $450,000 I'll get 10 friends together and buy the property today if I can still shoot there!

That place properly managed, and after removal of the crazy element, could make some money.

It's zoned Residential 02-01 Manufactured/Modular Housing - Single. Probably couldn't get it grandfathered for the commercial range use. Once the original owner ceases operations of a now non-compliant use the grandfathering goes away. That would reduce the price a bit.

So a new buyer couldn't even use it as a private range anymore?
