Unfortunately, it might be on the chopping block. Dunno yet.

Well thats a shame, not even shooting it yet and then thinking of chopping it up. Lets hope things do not get to that.

Oh, no no no lol.

“Chopping block” as in selling or trade fodder. Not actually chopping it.

It’s too nice of a gun to cut down. The only reason I cut others down is because they were either sporterized already or were just junky.

Took my Glisenti to Dow Arms last weekend for repair and ended up buying this revolver. It has a worn trademark that appears to be from Alfa, it is marked made in Spain. Has 8mm stamped on it for French 8mm Ordinance, no other markings are visible. I fired one round of Fiocchi thru it. It has a cylinder release on the crane. It is speculated to be a Alfa was a Spanish trade name used by Amero Especialististas Reunidas, Eibar. From the internet - The Alfa revolver was a copy of the 1899 and 1905 pattern of Smith and Wesson and chambered in French 8mm Ordinance for sale to the French during WW1. It does not have the star marks on it. It is speculated that the Alfa revolvers were produced by Orueta Hermanos, Eibar. I like the older Spanish firearms.
