This is the most meaningful firearm that I've ever had the honor to own.

United States Rifle, Caliber .30-06, Model 1903, serial number 552,385.

Manufacturered 1913. WWI history unknown. Lost by unknown U.S. serviceman killed or captured May 1942 during the Fall of Corregidor. Recovered from Corregidor February 1945, by my step-grandfather, Lt. Colonel Robert F. Moore, US Army, member of General Douglas MacArthur's general staff.
