2 stage triggers are IMO the best ones for target work, singles not so much. Singles are good for fast firing with less precision aiming.

I've used the RRA match triggers, ALG ACT single stage and a Geiselle 2 stage and I thought they were the cats meow until I tried this one.
The Geiselle was the most expensive and worked the best but the Lurue is a bit better IMO , the price is what turned my opinion around along with the excellent feel and break points.
Anyways mines ordered and for $87.00 they are a definate steal.
