Just remove the two unneeded brackets that are highlighted in red and you'll be set.
There is an undeniable cultural difference. It's the difference in the mindset of those who believe they are owed a living, and those who believe success is the result of hard work.

I'm using Flickr. I know there are better sites out there but this one is pretty seamless with iphoto. Anyway. normally I grab the link, add ".jpg" to the end, put the [img]and[/img] tags on and presto!! my photo is there. Stupid Flickr link ends with a "/" so adding ".jpg" and the tags is not working. I can link it by URL, but can't show the photo automatically.

Here's the URL:

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

didnt see if anyone posted it yet, but postimage.org is probably the easiest i've found, and u dont have to have an account
1: download image to ur computer
2: go to postimage.org and select BROWSE and upload image
3: resize option is right there below BROWSE
4: post to site

When I right-click on any of the pictures in the subject thread, the "Properties" tab shows them all to be smaller than 800 x 800.

you're both wrong. [smilie=011.gif]
here's a screen shot to prove it, but it's more than 800x800 so you'll have to click the link:

Oh, and what happens if you open the image in a new window?

I do not have the access to work on the Tapatalk issue but I will ask for it again. The mouseover, a lot of people did not like it and the plugin is no longer compatible. The pictures is a problem of disk space. If more of the users were donating, we could get a bigger server.

that's a catch 22....more members might donate if the forum was more updated....the mouseover can be made to turn on or off by your profile.

some pics I don't want to post anywhere else...so they don't get posted....

Not as far as I can remember, unfortunately.
dieselbeef wrote:the mouseover can be made to turn on or off by your profile.
That was not the case with the one that I had installed.

A lot of disk space is required to store all these pictures. This also make the backup even bigger, taking more time to download and more space to store. The whole site is almost 2Gb at this time. On a normal xDSL, it takes a while to download. Just imagine if pictures were stored on the server.
