Why Do I Keep Getting Bumped off the Forum?

Why do I keep getting bumped off the forum and have to sign in again and again. It's irritating. It happens almost daily, but sometimes I can go two or three days. Three times in the last 1/2 hour. Cookies aren't blocked, no websites blocked. This forum and one other local forum is the only ones that bump me.

That's odd... There haven't been any recent forum changes that should cause that. What browsers are you using? Any recent AV updates?

While your in there tinkering you know the banner that pops up when you click " mark forums read button "...it last on screen for like 6 seconds is there a way to kill that or ruduce the time it's on.?
In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

Using Safari, no changes. It's been going on for quite a while, I finally decided to air a gripe about it.

It happens to me because my firewall program is set to delete cookies and erase browsing history upon exiting the browser. I just have my computer remember my signon.
