Way to disable mouse over?

Post by lx460 » Fri Aug 01, 2014 2:21 pm

I typically use my iPad to browse the forum and since the crash I get these pop up boxes with post info that I cannot get rid of. They block the other posts and make it damn near impossible to navigate the site. Any suggestions? I can click everywhere on the page and this box WILL NOT disappear.

They don't show on my iPad.

So don't use the back button on my browser??? Not an acceptable solution.

The first mouse-over, before the crash, was OK. Not too crazy with this new iteration.

Probably works fine if I had a mouse...

But since I don't it's totally broken.

Better, but still makes the next post under the box unclickable unless you click on the forum name EVERY time. If you you use the back button on the browser, your screwed...

For now the forum is pretty much broken for any iPad or iphone users...

Not sure how many there are but there has to be quite a few. Is there a way to disable it in individual preferences?

I never saw it in action before the crash but whatever was different did not interfere at all.

Better. Could the problem be the mod(program) being used now is not the same one used before the crash( made by a different company) and is not as "user friendly" towards mobile devices? I have seen this with other mods, there could be a dozen of the same type of mods but, some work better than others.

Yup, and some mods conflict and crash the system....

It would be nice, as long as we have a mouse-over, is that it opened to the right side of the subject like it does on all the other forums I have been to, instead of opening below the subject header.
Yeah, I know, you just can't please everybody, but even those guys know the mouse-over opens to the right.

OK, necro-post is done.
