I'd say it's security camera time, unless you just want to claim it on your own comprehensive/collision auto insurance.

So my question I guess is, what do you do WHEN your truck/car gets scratched or dented by these kids?
live with it till you smarten up and move to the country [smilie=011.gif]
In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

IMO, some well placed thumb tacks will solve the bike problem. [smilie=011.gif]

is there a guest spot somewhere in the back where you can park the truck for now and then spend some time in the wifes car, just go out sit in it and listen to the radio when the kids are out there playing, watch the kids every move....it should creep the mom out , but only if she's normal :-k

read the owners manual or something, if she calls the cops tell them you looking for a blown fuse then explain the situation, have the cops tell them to go play someplace else

or you can try ...rent-a-bully and pay some bigger kid to watch over your new truck, trust me those little bastards will not come within 10 feet of it ...lol

Particularly if you do it in baggy short, no underwear and no shirt.

Thanks for the replies, but was looking more for a legal way to handle a nice big dent/scratch. And as for designated spots at a condo, is that considered private property or still common area?

even if its in the by-laws, it's still common area , numbered or assigned spaces are a privilege or courtesy to the unit owner, if you think you own the parking space watch what happens should they ever need to add handicapped spots or redesign the lot to accommodate more vehicles [smilie=011.gif]

best way to handle it legally would be to have it on video.....either spend some big bucks on a nice DVR system or Harbor freight has some El-cheapo cams with night vision and sound that you can just have run RCA cables to a VHS tape and set it for long play and change the tape every 8 hours, or just set it by hand whenever they play outside near the cars, to be enforceable it's gonna need to be clear so a LEO can make out the persons responsible when you call them after an incident ...a black guy in a blue shirt will not cut it when there are 10 possibilities in your condo p-lot when the police arrive

Pile some suitcases next to the truck, like you are packing for a road trip. Bikes could not fit thru then.
