Waiting period

Post by Jeffrosdl » Thu Sep 20, 2007 10:29 pm

I know that an off-duty LEO can carry a concelaed firearm without having a Concealed carry license, but does the 3 day waiting period still exist for that LEO if he/she decides to buy a firearm from a dealer?

And the 5 day wait days not include the day you buy, the day you pick up or the weekends, thus it is actually a 9 day wait......

Good call. It's soooo nice to be able to cash and carry. Don't let your friends talk you into picking up their guns for them though since you'll have your shiny new permit. [-X
