POP AND COPS

Post by Glades » Mon Oct 02, 2006 8:31 pm

PLEASE---if you are an officer and try to go to POPS--technically we are closed. Please if you are the LEOs that have ran your sirens and tried to climb over the PRIVATE GATE--DO NOT. We no longer have the old hunt club---our attornney put it too rest. and nothing is here for you right now. No web-site--nothing.

For those that remember the site with the calander, MONDAY AND TUESDAY---IS BLACK-OUT--which means officers too! Same as CIA AND SECRET SERVICE AND IA---PLEASE LET ME HAVE A LITTLE REST---YOUR FAMILIES DO! PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE----who-ever has pulled up in their cruisers and used their sirens are not understanding that it is just plain wrong! Please do not! Thank-you, class Sharon :-k

I dont think any of the LEO's here are you problem children, next time that happens you need to drive out to the gate, honk and yell closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, maybe word would get around faster that way.... :smile
In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

People should agree with all requests by owner. Guess some people don't know any better.

Sharon, hang a sign on the gate telling them (and everyone) that Pop's is closed for now.

Kind of a damn shame that a person should have to go out of their house at whatever time someone tries to come in just to assert their property rights. I've been a bit concerned about this for a while. It sounds like a lot of people at some time or other took the attitude that this was some type of public range, and some membership or other somehow gave them the right to be there. I personally have never been to Pop's, so I don't know what the layout is like, but maybe there should be some big signs at the stating club policy.

BTW, I thought the place was closed down for good. Has it reopened?
If you're going to knock a man down, do it so he can't get up.

Sure wish my digital camera didn't burn, but OK--I choose not to buy another, yet.

Already have orange sins and symbols on the gate.

Because this is PRIVATE PROPERTY---NOT A PUBLIC RANGE---as I have said for years, "we are never closed and we are never open".

For those of you that have followed the old web-site--Has anyone noticed that Mon and Tues. were always "black-out" days?

I used to believe that gun-folk ppl had common sense and honor---I have been very naive in thinking that all gun owners have both.

A another sign is right, but it will have to say, "by appt. only". If the sign says, "closed Mon. & Tues". The sign implies OPEN for all any other time.

The most VERY FRUSTRATION FOR ME IS THAT THE PPL THAT HAVE USED GREAT CARE AND COURTESY---ARE THE ONES THAT WOULD JUST DRIVE AWAY--AND ARE THE MOST CONSIDERATE AND KIND PPL I HAS EVER MET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a Paradox! I do not want to chase those with common sense and honor away!

These LEOs were young--young looking and young voices.

I have spent several hours at the gate--letting ppl know--I need to work an get stuff done- not dwell by a gate.

I don't know what department, but if a video of me, nakid, starts passing threw---I will find out! AND I not getting any younger, or thinner! So, :eek .xup ::mad EEEKS to the young coppers that want to climb and hang over a gate! SS

Sharon, that was going to be my next suggestion. It's the only way you can go.

Then, on the internet, you can tell members (if you're going to have them) which days you're having "appointments."

Signs...

Post by Joel » Fri Oct 06, 2006 7:36 am

And the sign says "long hair freaky people need not apply"
So I tucked my hair under my hat and I went in to ask him why
He said you look like a fine outstanding young man I think you'll do
So I took off my hat I said "Imagine that Huh Me working for you"

Signs Signs
Everywhere there's signs
****ing up the scenery
Breaking my mind
Do this, don't do that
Can't you read the sign

And the sign says "Anybody caught trespassing will be shot on sight"
So I jumped the fence and I yelled at the house, Hey! What gives you the right
To put up a fence And keep me out Or to keep Mother Nature in
If God was here He'd tell it to your face Man You're some kind of sinner

Signs Signs
Everywhere there's signs
****ing up the scenery
Breaking my mind
Do this, don't do that
Can't you read the sign

Oh Say now mister Can't you read
You got to have a shirt and tie to get a seat
You can't watch No You can't eat You ain't supposed to be here

And the sign says "You got to have a membership card to get inside" Huh

And the sign says "Everybody welcome Come in Kneel down and pray"
But then they passed around a plate at the end of it all
And I didn't have a penny to pay
So I got me a pen and paper And I made up my own ****in' sign
I said Thank you Lord for thinking about me I'm alive and doing fine

Signs Signs
Everywhere there's signs
****ing up the scenery
Breaking my mind
Do this, don't do that
Can't you read the sign

Signs Signs
Everywhere there's signs
****ing up the scenery
Breaking my mind
Do this, don't do that
Can't you read the sign

Joel, why in the world would you copy and paste the entire song here rather than link it to lyrics.com or something ..... #-o

I thought it was perfect. Much nicer than going through a link.

Joel thanx! Now I understand!

Song of the young cops:

And the sign says "Anybody caught trespassing will be shot on sight"
So I jumped the fence and I yelled at the house, Hey! What gives you the right
To put up a fence And keep me out Or to keep Mother Nature in
If God was here He'd tell it to your face Man You're some kind of sinner

BUT, it must be to keep our range in an keep us out, plus remember there is no G-d any-more, so, the song must be changed to:

when we get a-hold of your Arse an arrest you in our county for being a greedy sinner!

HELP--may need bail money! HAHA Glad to see that some folks remember! SS =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

the point would be " you would not have to scroll thru 188 lines or just look at 2-3 in blue "

I know text doesn't take up too much space, bandwidth wise, I look at it the same as when some moron hits the quote button, and copies 14 paragraphs just to agree to the last sentence, then some other smart guy replys to that enormous quote with a one liner

so whats so perfect ??? did you read thru the whole song or sing it out loud, now just seeing those words people have that damn song stuck in their heads, I do and from the other night when I opened my mouth to Gladesgirl with " signs, signs everwhere a sign ".....stop the music....ahhhh
