My old 1970s era race car found.

I've been e-mailing with another old racer.
Last week he sent pictures of a Formula Ford he was thinking about buying and restoring for vintage racing.
It turned out to be my car, the one I raced in 1969-1970.
Small world.

Cool find. my Brother has been restoring old micro midgets in his spare time. It is getting harder to find Cushman Husky engines he says.

Cushman, now there's a name from the past not heard often these days.
My cousin, who lived next door to us had one of their motorcycles.

My brother's current project is an old IF class micro. (Industrial Flathead) All the cars he raced were Cushman powered. /:f

There's a confusing number of race cars with the moniker of midget attached.
Midgets, junior midgets, quarter midgets, micro midgets, 'etc.
