My little pup was peeing in my backyard this afternoon. Suddenly, a slither to my right caught my eye. Whoa, me says.
All the rain in Volusia County has caused some big puddles in my backyard. I see a nice Cottonmouth. I herd the pup
inside and grab my trusty 340 filled with some potent .38 specials. Standing on my pool deck I take aim at about 10 yards
and fire a shot. Rats, too high. I take the front sight down a tad and BAM. The snake is beheaded. I'd post some pics, but
just caught a couple on my cell phone. If someone would not mind me texting the pics it would be cool to post for evidence.
Anyhoo, I sure love the 340. I did the requisite snafu-lock removal and inserted one of the little plugs so it looks nice and tidy.
Also, just checked Gunbroker and the 340 has skyrocketed in price. Bought mine when they first came out and have to say
it is a beauty. Smith and Wesson rocks.
Wheelguns of all descriptions.
