regardless of legality the casino has posted no gun signs, while those signs have no law backing them the casino will ask you to leave and failure to comply could result in a gun carrier being arrested for armed trespass.
YMMV

Do NOT f/;k around on Indian land. Ask them if you can carry--you can go there, call or email to get the answer (I like the latter if you can get it, since you have a writing to rely upon). You are in a whole different "justice" system on Indian territory, so you can't be too careful, paleface. There are many sad tales of people who failed to appreciate this, on all kinds of issues.

Since they use state laws 790 you are not illegal if you are not at the bar portion or they have not asked you to leave. If they do ask you to leave and you don't leave at that point you could end up in jail for trespass with a firearm.
So carry at your own discretion.

Funny, a friend who does not own a gun won big at the Hard Rock in Hollywood. Since they pay all winners in cash, the tribal cops followed him home to make sure he wasn't robbed on the way. GARY

I had a Indian casino for a client for sixteen years...they will NOT ask you to leave...they WILL just lock you up! Then, you get to go to trial in THEIR court.
What new gun my dear, this old thing?

Stop clouding the issue with known, verifiable facts!
