Qualified immunity is unconstitutional.
Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it confer special privileges upon local or federal law enforcement officers; nor judges at any bureaucratic level, state or federal.

A big issue we have in this country are LEOs thinking they're not civilians, and thus above us in all aspects. I personally find the continued militarization of the police concerning in the extreme.
