Labor Day Grindage

Had a porterhouse (the king of T-bones) today along with fixins.
Meat is food. Ate it all in a single shot.

In my younger years a 1 1/4 lb porterhouse was my "go to" steak, recent years I've scaled back to a 3/4 lb rib eye.
