G19 finger grooves removal?

Post by captain steinbrenner » Sun Feb 26, 2017 1:07 pm

Cubanstang50 loaned/gave me a Dremel for St Valentines (thank you honey [smilie=011.gif] ) and I want to remove the finger grooves of my G19 but I'm scared that I will end up ruining it making it look like a freacking breakfast burrito..... Anybody down here that does this professionally?

Exactly. Sell your Gen 3, buy a used Gen 2, and pocket the difference.

Last I heard Ben at Boresight was so busy he wasn't even taking people onto his wait list.
If you are going to do other mods, strippling, undercut grip, trigger etc I would use Ben.
But just for finger groves agree trade or wait.

I called them and they don't do the finger grooves alone, one would have to do the whole package. :ham'r

+1 for Ben

He has expanded his shop and now has minions helping him. The quality is still there (he inspects every job), but his backlog has drastically dropped.

Its not for sale. The SN spells out part of my name (along with my FAL that completes the prefix and has the same numerals)
