Melbourne Show Saturday Dec 30 and Sunday Dec 31

So who is going this time?
Might be a well attended show, with so many people off for the holidays.

I can’t make it, I’m in the Keys and won’t be back until next week.

I'm hoping to make it. Maybe the prices have gone down a little bit more [smilie=011.gif]

I agree about the prices. I haven’t been impressed with the gun shows in Brevard county so far...you’d think if you wanted a used Kel-Tec or Knights Armory product, that would be where you’d find them. Nope!
Ruger’s PC9 is looking attractive, comparatively speaking.

The son and I went down Sunday early afternoon.
Very small crowd, and it was very easy to get around.
Was told the attendance was better Saturday, but my dealer friends were saying it was a better buying show for them than a selling show.
There were many dealers offering good to excellent ammo prices.
22 ammo is down to 5 cents per round, and I doubt you will ever see it lower again, and 223, 9mm, 40 S&W and 45ACP were all available at comparatively low prices by the case.
Buy ammo now, while there is a glut of common ammo on the market, as once the ammo glut is over, prices will go back up.
There were Winchester primers for $28 per 1000, and I doubt those prices will get lower.
Reloading power prices are still sky high, but again, I doubt they will ever go back down again.
As to firearms, there were some very good deals to be had, especially on small compact carry pistols, I was very tempted on a couple of them.
I did finally buy the Thermal Night Vision Scope I've been eyeing for the last year, for just over $1700 out the door.
I bought it from the new optics dealer at the show, back by the stage.
Next Melbourne Show is Feb 3rd and 4th.
