I hit the big six-O last July and I just cant handle the crazy hot anymore.
My two current favorites are Frank's (Durkee) Red Hot and Crystal Hot Sauce.
Lots of flavor not so much heat.

don't like Frank's but love the flavor of Crystal especially on wings !
I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something.

Next time you go into a Firehouse subs establishment take a few samples, they have many really good hot sauces you can take home to try in small container ... I had some nice pepper salsa from jersey mikes other day, not super hot, gets your attention tho, I go thru bottles of Cholula hot sauce, put in on everything, good stuff ...
Havent been to Firehouse for a long time but I remember them selling a hot sauce in a little glass flask bottle. As for Choluta, I put that on everything! Makes a simple hard boiled egg something to salivate over!
Good people sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
