I have a Gamo hunter 1050 fps if your interested . ...I have no idea what it's worth....I can get you some pics if you wanna make me an offer ?
In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

I used own a Webley mark3 .22 it was great for Rats and all small vermin for that matter. The pcps are fantastic nowadays as I had a Daystate hunter for a pigeon problem at a mates farm ..... it made short work of about 300 birds in the time I had it.

What budget ?

Ended up getting two, the one has a nice wood stock and steel barrel break barrel and too nice and heavy for the barn.thats a .22 pellet.
The Daisy has plastic stock in bb and pellet .177 and perfect for rat problem.
Knocked out 3 first outing with open sights
