They said he used an illegal hi cap magazine, & that some of those Glock hi caps can hold 40 rounds. Anyone seen a 45 ACP Glock 40 round mag? GARY.
Its crazy how they’ve latched on to this extended magazine tidbit and have run the gamut upto speculation that its a 40 rnd drum magazine and that the 9th circuit court has issued an injunction of their recent ban of grandfathered high cap mags. I still ask what person set on murdering multiple people will find a possession law a deterrent?
