I pick up, string them out as long as possible to waste their time. There literally is no other way to hurt them as all legislation has failed and they've gotten around call blockin g with their fake numbers.

Every cell phone can be setup to work on a "white list". RTFM. I've pointed that out before.

If you have a land line, demand your phone company provide a "white list" service.

The solution is simple and obvious. Quit yer whining.

I am a dinosaur, this is my landline and Spectrum says there is no number blocking function.
Lyons GA got the message and stopped after the 18th call.

You must have gotten someone who diddn't want to help or they didn't understand what you wanted. I have it on my Spectrum service. A quick google and this comes up for Spectrum.

To set up Block Unwanted Callers:

Sign in to your online account.
Select Manage Phone Features & Check Voicemail.
For Peace & Quiet, select Block Unwanted Callers.
Select On.
Enter a number you want to block, and then select Add to Block Unwanted Callers List.
When you're finished adding numbers, select Save Changes.

So what do you do when the numbers change constantly? I tried this and decided that I'd spend much more time recording and entering the unwanted numbers than just hanging up or letting them yak on.

If you're getting that many calls, you must have clicked on a link somewhere or went to a bad site that had a bunch of spam on it and you didn't realize it, or maybe filled out some form that had a hidden spam link in it. JMO
