I think there's a lot that isn't being said.
I read somewhere that it only takes 5 Hep A cases to declare an epidemic and they have 26.

I saw that on the news the other day and it is very sad. I agree they should be able to find the source by now with as many people that are contracting it.
Someone may have crossed a reclaimed water line (purple) with a potable water line (irrigation guy) It may not be 100%, just siphoning off it.
