Sorry, you guys are right, I just meant to the extent they are trying to do today. Even though we know their end goal, in the past ten years, they seem to have lost their minds with them( the government ), wanting more change in ever. Especially with the voting in of people we would have never had to deal with prior-those who sway heavy towards ending our republic.
I will add this: the fear factor that Dems had after the 1994 debacle is pretty much all gone. They ain't shy no more, and, in most cases, the NRA just can't intimidate foes away. We will either win on the merits or lose.
