May not compare to some of you here with high end units but this budget build of mine does 1/2 MOA when I do my part with some Black Hills, 168gr. Match.
2007 Remington 700 XCR, Tactical Long Range Rifle.
Specs:

I also have a Bushmaster Varminter in .556 which can be shot all day with lots of fun

Sightron 6-24x50 FFP Scope

Rounds 50-100 Through the Barrel. .402 MOA was the best group at 100 yards and overall the rifle shot very consistently.
