my last gun

Post by vjor » Sat Jan 28, 2017 6:19 pm

Was looking into sending it to get a new finish or do it myself, but not having a shop to work like used to have, can make it really a pain in the butt and costly to do a new finish on it but it is fun when you work on your guns. Yes is a saiga in .223

TY to the persons that offer me a really good price to do a finish on the gun, but as yesterday got someone to blast the finish of the gun
and that was my problem, yes if you doing a finish on an AK must have to be sand or aluminum oxide blasted and that mean a big compressor.

Lucky the AR15 guys, must ar15 the steel is phosphate and the aluminum parts are anodize, that mean degrease and paint over as both are great at bonding
paint agents.
