Went hunting for the first time in my life this past week up in North Carolina. I was lucky enough to get this 11 point buck within 30 minutes of the first day in the box stand. Had an awesome time with a great group of people!

Nice buck. And don't get used to shooting one that quick, or at all. [smilie=011.gif]
I can explain it to you, but I cannot understand it for you.

Right on hahah some of the more "seasoned" hunters said I can very well go 30 years an never shoot a bigger buck LOL

Had a good time being the new guy who won the buck pool [smilie=011.gif]

Also got a good sized doe out from 200 yards. You can see the box stand in the very back.

Yes he has two main beams in right side. Very nice deer. I'd mount him for sure.

A sounder of 16 hogs came to the feeder just before sundown yesterday and I got this 146 lb sow with my suppressed RGSR. It ran about 25 yard and dropped. A few ran off, but most of the sounder just kept feeding. I had the crosshairs on another one but decided one will fill the freezer.

We saw all the signs showing a good population and good size hog, it was inevitable that all Bills hard work would pay off.

I can't wait to get out there again and spend time hunting.

Thanks Bill. He made me work but I am ecstatic. How are things at the lease? Hear any gobbling?
