Re: Open & Campus Carry Bill filed as of Jan 9 at 8:54am
Permitless carry happened because I spent three years hammering the legislature for being failures and made it a campaign issue for DeSantis' failed 2024 rub. He needed a feather for his campaign cap. And now that he's crashed and burned. The game is afoot again.

Re: Open & Campus Carry Bill filed as of Jan 9 at 8:54am
I appreciate your frustration, but we've had the same conversation over and over the past couple of years. Our state legislature GOP is not like other state GOP legislatures because, in large sections of the state, our GOP voters are not alike GOP voters elsewhere. They are refugees from up north w...

Re: Pasco County Schools reaches agreement
Sorry but I'm not one to believe that the schools are responsible for dealing with mentally unstable kids. Neither are the police. They have certain jobs to do and baby sitting is not one of them. It isn't babysitting. As a former SRO and as a parent. Society has entrusted certain institutions to k...

Re: Pasco County Schools reaches agreement
All of you should have noticed that there are more people now than before with mental issues. Don't know if that can be attributed merely by the increase in population, or lack of mental health therapy access, or the water that they drink, or that the aliens have ceased their DNA experimentation. D...

Today on the Bob Rose Show, the host questioned Sen. Blaise Ingoglia about the failures in the legislature regarding the Second Amendment. The host used all my talking points from yesterday's interview. https://www.audacy.com/podcast/bob-rose-show-8686d/episodes/positive-conservative-momentum-in-fl-...

Re: Open & Campus Carry Bill filed as of Jan 9 at 8:54am
Repealing Under 21 Ban passed House. Senate refuses it. Repealing FDLE's abuses of the background check system passed House. Senate refuses it. Open Carry refused by both House and Senate. Governor DeSantis silent on entire issue. Only "pro-gun" bill that will reach the Governor's desk is ...

Re: Pasco County Schools reaches agreement
The issue with Pasco County is just a small sample of the problem with the nation as a whole. Under Republican leadership going back to Ronaldus Magnus (Rush Limbaugh's nickname for Ronald Reagan), the actions have been to slash funding for mental health and just dump 'em on the police to deal with....

Re: 18 year olds able to buy long guns again?
I spent this session fighting for that bill and others in the legislature. It is dead on arrival in the Senate since Senate President Kathleen Passidomo is against it. Gov. Ron DeSantis hasn't lifted a finger to bully pulpit for it either.
