Re: The Glock thread

Yep, that's a 2.5. Same internals as a gen 3 but no texturing. That was my off-duty for quite a while. Inspected annually and never needed updating or servicing. Very good gun! Its really the only "modern" handgun I have anymore. I've been pretty happy with it so far. A CZ75 compact and a CZ50/70 i...

Re: Sheriff Bob Gualtieri: Clearwater shooting fits 'Stand Your Ground'

So let ask all of you here. How many believe the SYG law should be repealed. Because it seems alot of people would prosecute this man EVEN IF IT FELL INTO THE SYG GUIDE LINES [/b] I don't think the law should be repealed. From a legal standpoint, if this does fall into SYG and whatnot, it is what i...

Re: The Glock thread

I've owned a 17, a 19, and a 26.

The only one I still have is the 26, and she's an oldie. 20 years old this year IIRC.

Not sure why, probably on my end, but I felt the 26 shot better than the larger ones.

Re: General AK Chat and News

5.45 was/is a neat round. I had a few AK74's (factory and ones I built), shot off quite a bit of 7n6 with them, but when ammo started drying up/rising in price, felt it was time to get rid of it. I feel that 5.56 fills the "tiny fast bullet" position fine, and since every AK design available in 5.45...

Re: General AK Chat and News

I don't think they all shot as poorly as mine, but there are certainly other accounts of similar behavior with them. I think they'll sell quite a few of them. "Street Price" on a USED PSL these days is usally between 1200-1500+ depending on package. Collectors who missed out on them back in the day ...

Re: General AK Chat and News

https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2018/08/13/century-arms-to-resume-importing-the-romanian-psl-rifles/ Century is gonna start importing PSLs again at a "higher price". I'mma guess $1000. Rumor has it around $2000 , Atlantic passed on them due to price point. Got mine for $589 new back in the day....

Re: Shockwave or Tac14?

Has anyone heard/seen of these running the aguila mini-shells?

I think I vaguely remember seeing some mods to make them reliable in a 500, I'd think it would fit these little guys too?
