Re: Do You Keep Your Boxes?
You should keep the box for if you ever decide to sell it. You may not plan to now, but you never know what will happen.

Re: Best way to cool down a Suppresor?
If your main concern is getting burned handling it, there are ways to mitigate that. I have a separate "supressor bag" which has all the stuff I need for using suppressors (silver anti-seize, small spray bottle with water, small compressed air, etc.) and it now has a pair of welding gloves...

Re: ACLU cautioning immigrants and "people of color" about visiting FL
Well, I remember some time ago, the Brady bunch put up some billboards near the Florida border saying "VISITOR WARNING, FLORIDA RESIDENTS CAN USE DEADLY FORCE." It had the image of Florida superimposed over the silhouette of a gun and in bright yellow letter, "BradyCampaign.org" ...

Re: Highway Men
The gunshop scene was awesome. It was also (possibly unintentionally) reminiscent of the scene from The Terminator. I kept thinking to myself, "How's he going to fit all that stuff in that little car of his?" I discussed this on another thread, but I'm glad they took the opposite track tha...

Re: looking for cheap shooting mats
Well, you could buy the larger moving blanket (80x72) and fold it in half for more cushion. They even have some camouflage ones for about $11. I have one and they're VERY nice. I dont know how they sell them for $11.00 and make any money. Best quality Chinese slave labor can buy! Just kidding of co...

Re: looking for cheap shooting mats
...Edited to add shooting match will be a 10 meter range on the blacktop at the Coast Guard Station at Fort Lauderdale. So the mat needs to be able to provide some cushion against concrete. Not worrying too much about grass stains or dirt. ...Looking to keep it under $30 a mat Well, you could buy t...

Re: looking for cheap shooting mats
If you don't mind being creative, Harbor Freight sells some 40x72 moving blankets for about $5, and some twice the size for about $9. Several guys I shoot with use these for shooting prone, and the big ones are large enough to fit two people. https://www.harborfreight.com/40-in-x-72-in-moving-blanke...

Re: Why idiots fear teflon coated ammo
Good write-up but you forgot to mention that in between removing the ammo from sale and putting it back out as SXT, they briefly re-named it "Fail-Safe" and sold unloaded bullets for reloaders. I still have one pack of 30 cal Fail Safe bullets that I'm planning to load up some day. I've ha...

Sorry, I read that line, and the first thing I thought was, "the dog had a gun license?"
