Re: If I Only Had A Dollar...

Here is some crazy shit. Around 1971 when I was 14 living in North Miami, my divorced mom was dating a guy who claimed to be a crime scene photographer for Metro Dade Police Dept. I remember him telling me that if someone was breaking in your home and you killed him, you had to drag him into your h...

Re: Which to buy - FiveSeven or PMR-30?

The last thing on my "worry list" if I'm forced to defend myself and family is whether the gun is "too valuable" to be taken in as evidence. I find that very odd. I’m one of those “odd” people I guess. I will not carry my HK, or other valuable guns for protection. But I will carry my $300 S&W 469 w...

Re: $20 Transfer Fee

And that’s what happened. The guy called the seller to return the gun, & was told to pound sand. So PBSC bought the gun at a wholesale price. Better than nothing. GARY

Re: The Glock thread

Blue label pricing has nothing to do with giving a discount to people who qualify for a blue label gun. The $80 excise tax built into the price of every gun sold to the public is removed from blue label guns. So Glock makes the same profit on retail sales, or blue label sales. It’s the Gov’t who get...

Re: $20 Transfer Fee

Haven’t worked there in years, but the AC was turned off until people would complain, so then they would turn it on. They had the shortest “time to crime” figures. Time between a purchase, & when gun was used in a crime. Decent place to work, but they did not supply masks to employees who swept up t...

Re: $20 Transfer Fee

Had this happen to customers when I worked for Palm Beach Shooting Center. 2 choices. Send the gun back to the original seller to give customer a refund. Offer to buy the gun from the customer at a reduced rate. Heck, we once had a Canadian who won a gun at a NRA dinner, who obviously was not allowe...

A judgement means they can seize assets and garnish wages. If he doesn't end up in prison, he'll probably be literally paying for it the rest of his life.
Why do you think OJ moved to Florida after losing his civil case? This guy probably has no assets to lose. GARY.
